Italian Style Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Packet Onion Soup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Marjoram
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 4 lb Roast
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Packet Onion Soup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Marjoram
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 4 lb Roast
  • 1 Bell Pepper


Directions

In A Small Bowl, Combine 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt And 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper. Rub Mixture Over Both Sides Of Steak; Set Aside. In A Large Nonstick Skillet, Saute The Peppers, Onion And Garlic In Oil Until Vegetables Are Crisp-Tender. Stir In The Tomatoes And Remaining Italian Seasoning, Salt And Pepper. Reduce Heat; Cover And Simmer For 5 Minutes. Remove From The Heat. Stir In Vinegar; Keep Warm. Place Steak On A Broiler Pan Coated With Nonstick Cooking Spray. Broil 4-6 In. From The Heat For 4-8 Minutes On Each Side Or Until The Meat Reaches Desired Doneness (For Medium-Rare, A Meat Thermometer Should Read 145 Degrees F; Medium, 160 Degrees F; Well-Done, 170 Degrees F). Let Stand For 5 Minutes Before Slicing; Serve With Vegetable Mixture.
