  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Rosemary
  • 0.5 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 0.5 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Black Olives
  • 2 Tbsp Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Eggplants


Directions

Cut Of Ftops Of Tomatoes, Scoop Out Pulp, Chop Pulp & Set Aside Turn Toamtoes Upside Down On Paper Toweling To Drain. In Skillet Add 1/2 Olive Oil, Onions Garlic & Beef, Brown. Add Everthing Down To Salt And Pepper, Cover, Simmer 30 Minutes. Sprinkle Inside Of Tomatoes With The Salt, Pepper And Oregano. Spoon Mixture Inside. Place In Baking Pan Then Combine The Water And Remaingin Oil, Pour Over Toamteos. Bake @ 350*, 35 Minutes Basting Occasionally With Pan Juices.
