"No, it is for all. Indian residents can choose to register by entering their mobile number. An OTP will be generated to that number. Upon entering the OTP, registration is completed."

Foreign nationals may register through their email ID only. An OTP (One Time Password) will be generated to your email. You may complete the registration procedures by entering that OTP.

Yes, you must have to open an account to purchase from myKit.

If you're looking for a specific item, enter the product name into the search box on the home page and we'll show you all the matching results. Click on "Add To cart" for the product you wish to purchase. You can see the product and amount details. If the details are as per your expectations click “Place your order”. Enter the address with the pincode you wish to ship and select payment option, click on ""Proceed Checkout"" to continue. Once your order has been placed, you will receive order details on email, whatsapp, and sms(Indian customers). For foreigners, the order details will be send through email & whatsapp. On the Order summary page, you can view the summary of ordered products.

Sure! Multiple orders can be booked at one single time by simply adding them to your shopping cart. However, each order booked is subject to your delivery Pin Code being serviced by our delivery partners.

It is our endeavor to service all deliverable locations in India. However, your Pin Code may not support delivery because of the following reasons, -Your pin code may not be currently serviced by our delivery partners. -Our nearest Distribution centre may have run out of stock for your desired product.

As soon as you place your order, you would receive an order confirmation to mail, sms & whatsap from us with your order and shipping details.(For indian customers) For foreigners, the order confirmation details will be send to email & whatsapp.

It will be shown on product list page, because delivery time depends upon the products.

myKit does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

EMI (Credit Card) stands for 'Equated Monthly Installment' and it’s a convenient payment option that you can choose to pay for the order in easy installments to the credit card issuing bank.

The executive will ask for some information like your Order ID, registered mobile number or email ID, in order to raise an official complaint. The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals. Only products that can be resell will be accepted for return."
