heat 1 tbsp oil inthe pan on a heigh flame. add garlic and fry for a minute. add onions green Chilliess, spring onions and capsicum. fry until they turn slightly tender they must still keep crunch. add the sauce and allow to bubble. add the chicken and toss. fry on high for one minute. till it looks very spicy. serve chilli chicken hot as a appetizer.
