Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Number Onions
  • 3 Number Green Chillies
  • 2 Number Garlic
  • 1 Number Egg


Directions

  • To a bowl, add 250 grams of cubed bornless chicken add 1 tbsp soya sause, 1tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp pepper powder. mix well to coat.
  • in bornless chicken to add sprinkle cornflower and salt, chilli powder, 1 egg white. mix very well. wait until 10 mint.
  • heat oil until hot enough shallow fry or deep fry the pieces until golden. dry of on the chicken tissue.
  • heat 1 tbsp oil inthe pan on a heigh flame. add garlic and fry for a minute. add onions green Chilliess, spring onions and capsicum. fry until they turn slightly tender they must still keep crunch. add the sauce and allow to bubble. add the chicken and toss. fry on high for one minute. till it looks very spicy. serve chilli chicken hot as a appetizer.
