Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 lb cod fillets
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 0.5 Cup Green Pepper
  • 0.5 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 0.25 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 Tsp Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


Directions

1.Cook Pasta According To Package Directions. Meanwhile, Crumble Sausage Into A Nonstick Skillet. Add Onion And Garlic; Cook Over Medium Heat Until Sausage Is No Longer Pink. Drain. Add The Tomatoes And Seasonings; Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat; Simmer, Uncovered, For 10 Minutes Or Until Slightly Thickened, Stirring Occasionally. 2.Stir In Half-And-Half; Heat Through (Do Not Boil). Drain Pasta; Add Sauce And Toss To Coat. Sprinkle With Parmesan Cheese.
