Ingredients

  • 8 Medium Tomato
  • 4 Medium Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cup Refried Bean


Directions

Roast tomatoes over open flame. When charred, remove from heat and cool. Chop including blackened skin. In a blender, puree onions and tomatoes. Heat oil in large skillet, add tomatoe mixture and let it fry to a concentrated dry pruee. Add beans, cook until well mixed and heated through.
