Simmer beef in 1 cup water for 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stuff cannelloni with meat mixture and place into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. If you have any leftover meat sauce. Pour over the pasta. Drizzle the oil over the pasta and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
