Boil wrappers about 2 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil and soy sauce, set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet saute ginger garlic, carrot and bell pepper 3 mintues. Add broccolli, saute 5 mins. Add wrappers and chile garlic puree. Cook 1 minutes. Serve garlichsed with green onions and cilantro.
