  • 1 Whole Scallion
  • 2 Or Hot Peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Sherry
  • 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 lb Fryer
  • 0.5 Cup Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Anise Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch


Directions

Melt Butter In A Large Skillet And Brown The Chicken. Add Scallions And Cook For 10 Minutes. Add Schnapps And When Schnapps Begins To Sizzle, Set It Alight. Shake Pan Until The Flames Die Down. Add Cream And Peppercorns. Bring To A Boil. Salt To Taste And Serve At Once.
