Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a baking sheet. Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Stack on baking pan. Place filling in a compact row lengthwise down the phyllo. Roll up jelly roll like, tuck in ends and place seam side down. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Let cool about 20 minutes then slice.
