Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Pork
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 Cup Water
  • 3 Medium Onions
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1.5 Tsp Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Paprika
  • 0.25 Tsp Pepper
  • 0.25 Tsp Red Pepper
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper
  • 2 oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 Cup Rice


Directions

In Saucepan, Add Tomatoes, Onions, And Chicken Broth, Simmer 10 Minutes. In Another Saucepan, Heat Oil And Brown Bacon And Chicken. Sprinkle In Flour, Salt, And Pepper. Add Wine And Simmer Until Half The Wine Evaporates. Stir In Tomato Mixture. Boil, Reduce Heat And Simmer Uncovered For 20 Minutes. Combine Garlic, Basil And Butter Together In Blender Or Food Processor. Add To Tomato Mixture, Simmer For 5 Minutes. Mix Sauce And Pasta Together And Serve Sprinkle With Cheese.
