Saute Lamb In Oil Until Well Browned. Add Broth, Salt, Pepper And Dill. Cover And Cook For 1 Hour. Melt Butter In Another Pan. Add Flour And Saute For 2 Minutes. Gradually Add In Broth, Salt And Horseradish. Add This Sauce To The Lamb. Stir Well And Simmer For 5 Minutes. Serve With Boiled New Potatoes.
