Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast Halve
  • 1 Tomato Sauce
  • 0.25 Cup Salsa
  • 1 Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Chili powder
  • 1 Hot Sauce


Directions

1.For Salsa, In A Large Bowl, Combine The First Eight Ingredients; Add 1/4 Teaspoon Salt And 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper. Let Stand At Room Temperature For At Least 30 Minutes. 2.Coat Grill Rack With Nonstick Cooking Spray Before Starting The Grill. Sprinkle Salmon With Remaining Salt And Pepper. Place On Grill Rack. Grill, Covered, Over Medium Heat For 5 Minutes. Turn And Grill 7-9 Minutes Longer Or Until Fish Flakes Easily With A Fork. Serve The Salsa With A Slotted Spoon With Salmon.
