Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pink Beans
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 lb Pork
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion
  • 2 Quarts Beef Stock
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 3 Cup Sauerkraut
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Sour Cream


Directions

Saute Onion In Oil Until Golden. Add Meat, Marjoram, Salt And Pepper. Saute For 5 Minutes. Add Wine And Simmer For 15 Minutes. Saute Bacon Separately Until Crisp. Add To The Beef Along With The Sour Cream. Simmer But Do Not Allow To Boil For 30 Minutes. Serve Over Rice Or Pasta.
