Ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef
  • 2 Tsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion
  • 2 Beer
  • 3 Cup Beef Broth
  • 0.25 Head Cabbage
  • 1.5 Cup Carrots
  • 2 Cup potatoes
  • 4 Large Beets
  • 2 Dill
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Heat Olive Oil And Butter In Saucepan Until Butter Is Melted. Add Onion And Garlic And Saute Until Onion Is Soft, About 5 Minutes. Add Chopped Tomatoes, Cover And Simmer For 15 Minutes. Add Broth And Bring To A Boil, Then Add Rice, Cover And Simmer For About 20 Minutes. Do Not Lift Lid To Peek! Salt And Pepper To Taste. This Serves 4 As A Side Dish.
