Add Stock, Vinegar, And All Down To Black Beans. Bring To Boil, Add Water And Beans To Pan, Stir Utnil Liqueid Returns To Boil. Turn Heat To Low, Cover Simmer 1 Hour. Preheat Oven To 275* Transfer To Casserole Dish With Lid. Stir In Rum, Cover, Bake 5 1/2 Hours. Uncover, Bake 30 Minutes. Serve.
