  • 8 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Chinese Noodles
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 lb Pork Loin
  • 3 Scallion
  • 1.25 Cup Cabbage
  • 4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.12 Tsp Salt
  • 0.12 Tsp Pepper


Directions

bring water and salt to boil. add noodles and boil for 8 minutes. drain and set aside. Saute pork scallion and cabbage until pork is done. add pork , noodle, salt and pepper to chicken broth. Serve
