Vipava Corba (Cabbage Soup)

Ingredients

  • 2 Beans
  • 3 Large Potato
  • 1 lb Sauerkraut
  • 1 lb Pork
  • 4 Cup Beef Stock
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 5 Tbsp Yogurt


Directions

Saute pork, potatoes and garlic in oil for 10 minutes. Add flour and stir in well. Saute until flour turns golden about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, sauerkraut and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add beans and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in yogurt and serve.
