Ingredients

  • 6 Bunch Parsley
  • 0.66 Cup Bulgur
  • 1 Quart Water
  • 8 Medium Scallion
  • 0.5 Cup Mlin
  • 0.25 Cup Mint
  • 4 Large Tomato
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 0.66 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Cup Olive Oil


Directions

Soak bulgur in water for 2 mlinutes. Drain well. Add parsley to bulgur mix, add remaining ingredients. If not serving right away, do not add tomatoes & onions until just before serving.
