Melt Butter With The Oil In A Large Soup Pot. Add Onions, Carrots, Parsley And Garlic. Cover And Cook Until The Onions Are Tender. Add Water And Bring To A Boil Over High Heat. Add Beans And Pork To Soup And Bring Them Back To A Boil. Add Tomatoes, Then Cover And Reduce Heat To Low. Simmer For 1 1/2 Hours. Serve Garnished With Cilantro.
