Ingredients

  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Cup Rice
  • 0.5 lb Beef
  • 1 Small Chayote
  • 1 Small Tomato
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt


Directions

Cook Pork In Dry Skillet Until Well Browned About 5 Minutes. Set Aside. Make A Smooth Sauce With The Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Cloves, Pepper, Cinnamon, Garlic, Onions, Achiote, Water, Vinegar And Salt. Pour Over The Pork And Marinate Overnight. Remove Pork From Sauce, Heat Oil And Brown Pork For 10 Minutes. Add Sauce And Cook For 1 Hour On Low. Serve With Rice And Tortillas.
