In A Large Saucepan, Saute Onion, Leek And Garlic In Oil Until Vegetables Are Softened About 5 Minutes. Sprinkle With Salt And Pepper. Add Potatoes And Cook For 8 Minutes. Add Tomatoes And Cook For 5 Minutes. Stir In Tomato Paste, Bay Leaf, Herbes De Provence And Stock. Bring To A Boil, Reduce Heat And Simmer Until Potates Are Tender About 10 Minutes. Add Beans And Cook Until Heated Through. Remove And Discard Bay Leaf. Stir In Herbs And Serve.
