Ingredients

  • 5 Small Wax Hot Chile
  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 Cup Cashew
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro


Directions

toss rice with lemon juice. let sit 10 minutes. fry mustard seeds and ginger in oil until the seeds start to darken. add chiles, cashews and rice. stir and toss until heated. garnish with cilantro and serve. for creamier version stir in some plain yogurt.
