Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sauerkraut
  • 3 Tbsp Corn Oil
  • 1.5 lb Tempeh
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Cup White Wine
  • 8 oz Corn
  • 0.5 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1.5 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 0.5 Cup Half And Half
  • 0.5 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles


Directions

Saute Onion And Garlic In Olive Oil Until Onion Is Browning. Add Tomato Paste And Beef Broth. Boil, Add Rice, Reduce Heat, Cover Simmer 10 Minutes. Add Beans, Salt, Pepper And Marjoram. Cover Cook For 25 Minutes Or Until Rice Is Done. Add Parmesan Cheese And Serve.
