  • 3 lb Chicken
  • 1.5 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 Medium Jalapeno
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 Cup Parsley
  • 16 oz Pea
  • 1 Palm Heart
  • 3 Medium Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Olive


Directions

saute chicken, peppers and parsley in olive oil until well browned. add peas, palm hearts and chicken broth, and heat until done. Pour over cous cous or rice, garnish with eggs and olives and serve.
