Ingredients

  • 3 lb Fish
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Medium Lemon
  • 1.33 Cup Oil
  • 1.5 lb Onions
  • 0.5 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Head Garlic
  • 0.5 Cup White Wine
  • 1.5 lb Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Cup Water


Directions

Brown Chicken In Oil. Add Onions And Saute Until Browning, Add Garlic. Saute For 2 Minutes. Add Tomatoes, 3/4 Cup Water And Remaining Ingredients Except Pasta And Cheese. Let Simmer For 30 Minutes. Cook Pasta As Directed And Serve Topped With Chicken Mixture. Pass The Parmesan.
