  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Wine
  • 0.5 Cup Rice
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

brown lamb or beef in butter until browned. add onions and saute until golden. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. serve over rice.
