1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. 2. Place all other ingredients in a heat proof bowl, mix thoroughly. 3. Marinate chicken 30 minutes to 4 hours, making sure all chicken is well coated. 4. Arrange lemon over chicken in bowl. 5. Place bowl on steaming rack in wok. Steam 40 minutes or until done & tender. 6. Add more water to wok if needed.
