  • 1 Leaf Spinach
  • 0.5 Cup Green Onions
  • 0.33 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1.25 lb Sole Fillets
  • 1 Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tomatoes


Directions

1.Preheat Oven To 425 Degrees F (220 Degrees C). 2.Bring A Large Pot Of Lightly Salted Water To A Boil. Add Pasta And Cook For 8 To 10 Minutes Or Until Al Dente; Drain. 3.In A 2 Quart Casserole Dish Combine Cooked Pasta, Spinach And Cottage Cheese; Mix Well. 4.In A Small Bowl Crumble The Toast And Add Melted Butter. Sprinkle Over Spinach Mixture. 5.Bake In Preheated Oven For 15 Minutes, Or Until Heated Through.
