In Saucepan Combine All Mbut Mushrooms & Parsley. Boil, Cover, Reduce Heat, Simmer 10 Minutes. Meanwhiel Remove Stems From Mushrooms, Add Caps To Simmering Liquid And Cook 5 Minutes. Remove Mushrooms With Slotted Spoon And Arrange On Seving Dish. Raise Heat And Boil Liquid Until Reduced And Thickened. Strain & Pour Over Mushrooms. Cover And Chill Well. Garnish With Parsley And Serve.
