Combine Lentils, Stock, Jalapeno, Coriander, Cumin, Oregano, Basil, Thyme And Bay Leaves. Bring To A Boil And Simmer For 30 Minutes. Add Potatoes And Spinach, Cover And Simmer For 15 Minutes.
