Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Shrimp
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Water Chestnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 0.5 Tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 0.5 lb Peas


Directions

Prepare Fire. Wash Prawns And Pat Dry. Leave Them In Their Shells. Lightly Oil The Prawns With Peanut Oil And Lightly Coat With Salt And Pepper. Place Prawns On Oiled Grill Over Hot Fire And Grill Until Golden Brown 3 Minutes Per Side. Remove From Fire And Drizzle With Sesame Oil And Rice Wine Vinegar.
