In Medium Pot, Boil Pork And Chicken In 3 Cups Water Until Tender. Season With Salt. Remove From Water And Cool. Shred Both Pork And Chicken. Reserve 2 Cups Of Cooking Liquid. In Large Skillet Heat Oil And Saute Garlic And Onion Until Light Brown. Add Pork And Chicken. Add Reserved Water. Simmer For 2 Minutes. Season With Salt And Pepper. Put Noodles In Serving Bowls And Pour Chicken-Pork Mixture Over. (Note-Broth Will Cook The Noodles.) Garnish With Scallions And Serve.
