Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Roti Flour
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 0.25 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Yeast
  • 0.5 Cup Milk
  • 0.5 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame
  • 0.12 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


Directions

Add all ingredients except butter and sesame seeds into bread machine as recommended. Process on dough cycle. When cycle ends, romove dough and divide into 8 pieces. On floured surface, roll into ovals, cover with towel let rise 20 minutes. Melt butter, brush tops with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. bake at 450* for 10 minutes. After baking, brush bottom of each naan with water, stack and cover.
