1. Soak mushrooms until soft (about 20 minutes). 2. Trim off hard stems, slice into 1/2 inch strips. 3. Cut cabbage into 1 x 2" strips. 4. Heat oil in wok until hot. 5. Stir fry garlic and mushrooms 1 or so minutes. 6. Add cabbage & soy sauce. 7. Strr fry 3 or so minutes, until cabbage is thoroughly hot. 8. Season to taste with salt & pepper, garnish with parsley if desired.
