Ingredients

  • 1 lb Stew Meat
  • 0.25 Cup Butter
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 10 Cup Water
  • 0.5 Cup Rice
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 0.12 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 lb Spinach
  • 0.25 Cup Parsley


Directions

brown meat in butter, saute until meat is brown. Add onions and garlic. cook until onion is transparent. add water and bring to boil. cover and cook over medium heat until meat is tender. add rice and cook 20 minutes. add seasonings and spinach. return to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. add parsley. stir and serve.
