saute tempeh bacon, garlic and onion about 5 minutes. stir in red pepper flakes. add cabbage, toss well until coated. In small bowl, combine tomato paste with 1 cup water. pour over cabbage. stir, cover and reduce heat to medium and cook stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender about 10 mintues. Add beans and parsley. cover and cook until beans are heated through about 5 minutes. boil over medium heat to evaporate excess liquid, season and serve.
