Ingredients

  • 20 Spear Asparagu
  • 0.5 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Almond
  • 1 Chilly Powder
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

Trim asparagus and cook in lightly salted water 5 minutes, or until just ender. Combine remaining ingredients and shake together in a jar to make a vinegiarette. Arrange hot asparagus on plates, top with dressing.
