Rub fish with turmeric and salt. Saute in ghee: onion, garlic, ginger and jalepenos, 10 minutes. Dive coconout milk in 1/2. Dillute 1/2 with water, add thsi dilluted milk to onions, bring to simmer. Add fish, cook 10 minutes. Add remaining milk, heat through, add lemon juice and serve
