Saute in oil, garlic, pepper, chicken, salt and pepper. Cook 20 mintues. or until chicken is lightly brown. Add mushrooms, saute 2 mintues, add wine, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, make sure mixture ahs stopped boiling. Add cream and cheese. Stir until cheese has melted. Cook pasta as directed. Pour mixture over pasta, sprinkle with scallions and parsley & serve.
