Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 0.5 Tsp Pepper Flake
  • 1.5 Cup Lentil
  • 0.25 Cup Rice
  • 6 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 0.25 Cup Bulgur
  • 1 Tbsp Mint
  • 1 Whole Lemon Wedge


Directions

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and butter for 5 minutes. Add tomatoe paste, tomatoes, paprika, red pepper, lentils, rice and stock. Boil, simmer 30 minutes. add bulgur, mint, salt and pepper, simmer 10 minutes. serve with lemon wedges.
