Ingredients

  • 0.5 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Chorizo
  • 1 lb Venison
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Medium Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Celery Seed
  • 6 Cup Beef Broth
  • 2 Cup Beans
  • 2 Cup Tomato
  • 2 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 2 Medium Poblano Pepper
  • 1 Large Jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Chilly Powder
  • 0.5 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Epazote


Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add chorizo and venison. Add half the salt and cook until well browned. Add onions, garlic and celery seeds. Cook until onions are browned. Add broth, beans, tomatoes and bay leaves. Cover, simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream and bread.
