Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Cornmeal
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 0.25 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Cup Mild White Cheese


Directions

Place Ribs In A Single Layer In A Glass Or Enamel Baking Dish. Stir Lemon Juice Into Flour Until Smooth. Add Remaining Ingredients. Pour Over Ribs, Turning To Coat. Cover And Let Stand At Room Temperature 2 Hours, Or In The Refrigerator Overnight. Fill A Drip Pan With 5 Inches Of Water And Place Under Grill. Bank Charcoal And Prepare Coals. Remove Ribs From Marinade. Reserve Marinade. Grill About 1 Hour Or Until Cooked Through Over Medium-Hot Coals. Or: Preheat Oven To 350F. Bake 1-1/2 Hours. Cut Into Serving Portions And Serve With Additional Sauce.
