  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 Tsp Chicken
  • 1 Medium Tart Apple


Directions

1.Pound Turkey To 1/4-In. Thickness. In A Shallow Bowl, Combine The Flour, Salt And Pepper. In Another Bowl, Beat Egg And Water. On A Plate, Combine The Bread Crumbs And Parmesan Cheese. Dredge Turkey In Flour Mixture, Then Dip In Egg Mixture And Coat With Crumbs. Let Stand For 5 Minutes. 2.Melt Butter In A Skillet Over Medium-High Heat; Cook Turkey For 2-3 Minutes On Each Side Or Until Meat Juices Run Clear And Coating Is Golden Brown. Sprinkle With Parsley.
