1. saute onion in oil and butter. 2. add bacon and brown. 3. add greens and salt and pepper. coat in oil. 4. cover and simmer 20 minutes. 5. cook pasta as directed. 6. uncover skillet. raise heat and let liquid evaporate 7. pour in cream and parsley and let cream reduce to half. 8. add to pasta and top with cheese.
