Marinate the chicken and the shrimp (peeled) with garlic salt & paprika in refrigerator 2 hours.Saute onions & garlic in olive oil,Add chicken, tomatoes, tomato paste, chilies, spices, simmer 5 minutes.Add rice & liquids, bring to boil, Reduce heat, simmer until rice and meat are done (20-30).Add shrimp until they turn pink, serve.
