Pat chicken dry, set aside. In food processor combine garlic, satl, organo, pepper, serranos, ginger and saffron. Make paste. Remove and stir in oil. Slpread mixtuer evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with parika, cover and refrigerate over night. in preheated skillet, brown chicken on all sides. Add onions, tomatoes, and burgundy. Cover, cook 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and garnish with lemon wedges.
