Ingredients

  • 8 Large Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Cucumbers
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 6 Large Garlic
  • 0.5 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp Tarragon Vinegar
  • 0.5 Tsp Ground pepper
  • 6 Dash Hot Sauce
  • 0.5 Tsp Basil
  • 3 Tbsp Parsley
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 2 Cup Tomato Juice


Directions

Finely The Onions And Cilantro. Wash The Oyster And Cut Them Into Small Pieces And Coat With Corn Starch. Set Aside. Add The Chopped Onions And Cilantro To The Beaten Eggs. Blanch The Oyster Pieces In Boiling Water, Drain, And Pat Dry. Add Sesame Oil, Pepper And Salt To The Oysters And Mix Well. Heat The Peanut Oil In A Frying Pan With A Flat Base. Pour Half Of The Egg Mixture And Half Of The Oyster Mixture Into The Pan. Cook Till The Edges Of Both The Sides Of Omlette Are Golden Brown And Cooked. Use The Remaining Ingredients To Make Another.
