Ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef
  • 12 oz Carrot
  • 3 Large Potato
  • 2 Medium Turnip
  • 4 Small Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Pepper
  • 3 Cup Vegetable Juice
  • 0.5 Cup Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Tapioca


Directions

In large ovenproof pot, combine beef, carrots, potatoes, turnips, onions, garlic, celery seeds, thyme salt and pepper. Add Vegetable Juice, wine, mustard, brown sugar and tapioca. Stir well. Cover and place in 275 degree oven for 5 hours. Serve.
