Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Onion
  • 3 Celery
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 6 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Lentil
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 0.5 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 3 Cube Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0.5 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Parmesan Cheese


Directions

In saucepan, saute onion, celery, and carrot in oil until done. stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 50 minutes. sprinkle with cheese.
